Norman was also a smart player when it came to reading the offensive plans of the opposing team. She will bring many great qualities for Lady Lakers in 2012. The combination of her ability to protect the basketball at a high level and her positive mindset gives her a huge advantage going into her first season with Finger Lakes. The potential of her talent is set to shine through this season because she's believed to have the necessary tools to become a top player on the next level.
